Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including production, warehouse, office, parking, and perimeter zones, to deter unauthorized activity and identify concerns. Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations by documenting observations and reporting through appropriate channels while maintaining calm, problem-solving communication. Provide customer service to site personnel, visitors, and vendors by executing security procedures, location-specific policies, and emergency response activities as needed. Verify authorized entry for employees, contractors, and deliveries at access points while following site protocols for a food and beverage location. Support site operations by communicating with supervisors and client representatives regarding alarms, maintenance, and policy issues.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred
- X-Ray screening experience is preferred
- Access control and/or badge experience is preferred
