Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and employees by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures and emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location. Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials, and maintain visitor and delivery records. Control access to restricted areas and report unauthorized attempts. Respond to incidents following established escalation procedures and conduct regular patrols of access points, loading areas, and the business perimeter. Work day shifts from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- Valid driver's license (for driving positions only)
