Job Summary
Monitor communication channels, receive calls for assistance, and dispatch security personnel to incidents and service requests in a healthcare location. Provide customer service to staff, visitors, and vendors by executing site-specific procedures, access protocols, and emergency response activities. Document incidents, maintain dispatch logs, and relay updates to leadership and responding personnel. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to note unusual activity and report security concerns. This part-time role offers flexible scheduling via our Claim a Shift platform, with a pay rate of $18.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of security-related experience
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license
