Job Summary
Interact with visitors and tenants in the shopping centre while conducting regular patrols and safeguarding a safe, non-threatening environment. Proactively assist guests, monitor surveillance for suspicious behaviour, and manage unauthorised access by banned individuals. Log all incidents, non-conformances, and emergencies in the security notebook and brief colleagues via the control room. Respond efficiently to security issues, adhere to radio procedures, and complete required training. Cover at least one additional shift monthly if requested. SIA and CCTV license are essential.
