Job Summary
Greet guests, provide information, and ensure a safe environment for employees and guests. Patrol all property sections to identify safety hazards, enforce company policies, and give directions or escorts to customers in need. Provide assistance to civil and law enforcement authorities, including court testimony and administrative hearings, while creating detailed lost and found descriptions. Deliver First Aid and CPR when necessary and make rational decisions during crisis situations. Maintain attendance guidelines and adhere to regulatory policies. Requires a high school diploma, two years of guest contact experience, valid driver's license, and ability to work any shift.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years' experience in a position with direct guest contact
- Excellent customer and employee relations skills
- Valid driver's license with no suspensions, DUI or more than 2 moving vehicle violations within the last 3 years
- Ability to work any day of the week and any shift
- Ability to get along with co-workers and work as a team
- First Aid, CPR, and Alcohol Awareness Certifications
- Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English
- Ability to push or pull up to 150 pounds
- Ability to make rational decisions when handling guest and employee issues
- Ability to give court testimony when necessary and write detailed reports
- Ability to work and stand at podium for extended amount of time
- Ability to respond calmly in crisis and stressful situations
- Ability to tolerate an environment containing smoke, high noise levels, strobing lights
