Job Summary
Monitor and patrol assigned areas, including fulfillment operations, office spaces, parking, and perimeters, while maintaining a visible presence to deter security incidents. Respond to incidents and access concerns by communicating observations to site contacts and leadership. Provide customer service to employees and visitors, verify authorized entry at access points, and document patrol activities and unusual observations using reporting tools.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- CPR certification is preferred
- Comfortability using a computer or tablet is preferred
- Customer service experience is preferred
