Job Summary
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, access points, parking areas, hangars, and perimeter zones to identify and report unusual activity or unauthorized access. Monitor access control points to verify credentials and visitor authorizations. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations by notifying appropriate personnel and documenting observations. Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift communications. This driving position requires a valid driver's license in Georgia. Applicants must be 19 or older with at least one year of security experience. The role includes a day shift from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

- Must Have Great Customer Service Skills
- Must Be Comfortable Using Computer or Tablet
- Be at least 19 years of age for role
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license is required in the state where the job is located
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience is preferred
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs is preferred
- Alarm panel experience is preferred
- Access control and badge experience is preferred
