Security (Night Shift)

Hotel Security role at Hard Rock Hotel San Diego (Night Shift, On-Site, Full-Time). Patrols hotel grounds, parking areas, hallways, restaurants, event spaces, and back-of-house areas to maintain safety and visibility; respond promptly to disturbances and safety concerns; de-escalate difficult situations with professionalism; escort disruptive guests off property when necessary; secure keys and access points; coordinate with local law enforcement when needed; escort team members to and from vehicles; ensure restricted areas are locked; assist guests with luggage and support valet operations in the absence of valet staff; deliver gracious, guest-focused service at all times; report maintenance concerns promptly; handle lost and found items; perform additional tasks as assigned based on business needs. Requirements include a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, ability to drive stick shift, reliability, strong English communication, and the ability to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull up to 250 lbs. This is an on-site night-shift security position in a luxury hotel environment.
