Job Summary
Responsible for protecting guests, employees, and casino assets as directed. Responds to requests for security assistance; follows security protocols; investigates incidents; may provide First Aid/CPR when trained; escorts money/assets; patrols parking lots; monitors for disruptive behavior; maintains uniforms and gaming license; reports policy violations; ensures safety and security; requires high school diploma and Colorado gaming license; wage $17.50-$18.50/hr with full benefits.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in security operations, preferably within a gaming environment
- Demonstrated effective and diplomatic customer service and communication skills
- Experience handling difficult customer relations and incidents
- Demonstrated experience in crowd control
- Demonstrated knowledge and hands-on application of self-defense skills
- Graduation from high school or equivalent
- One (1) or more years of recent and related experience in security, preferably in a gaming environment
- Must have a valid and current State of Colorado Gaming License
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- CPR and First Aid Certification are preferred
