Job Summary
Monitor CCTV images, operate technical devices, and respond immediately to alarm triggers, fire signals, and elevator distress calls within the control room. Document all events, acknowledge alarms, coordinate with shift leaders and security guards, and assist in evacuation or rescue operations as required. Maintain workplace order, comply with EHS regulations, and prepare daily reports on equipment condition and shift activities. Ensure video recordings are archived only per department instruction and prevent unauthorized access to the CCTV room.
Required Qualifications
- At least a high school diploma (or equivalent)
- Basic knowledge of English
- User-level computer skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field (security technology, armed forces, security guarding)
- Professional response to unexpected events
- Problem-solving skills
- High reliability and compliance with regulations
- Good communication skills
