Security Monitoring Agent - Variable Shifts

Job Summary
Monitor, troubleshoot, and maintain Empyreal's security systems and provide general support to users across multiple locations. Ensure facility and vehicle communications, tracking, and access systems remain operational by viewing remote surveillance cameras and verifying personnel, vendor, and visitor access. Document and identify suspicious activity, including patterns around facilities and vehicles, while coordinating with logistics and cash services management units. Respond to security system support requests, archive footage, and provide incident summaries to executive staff. Communicate with vendors to recommend system improvements and deploy security procedures to protect data and equipment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two plus years of experience in using, installing, administering, and maintaining security systems and surveillance equipment
- Knowledge of security architecture, security policies and procedures, and best practices
- Proficiency with Microsoft windows-based hardware and software
- Proficiency with Google Android-based mobile devices
- Proficiency with GPS tracking systems
- Proficiency with facility security access systems
- Proficiency with security access systems
- Proficiency with other security devices, equipment, and peripherals
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal customers, clients, vendors, and service providers
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Trustworthiness and the ability to act quickly, effectively, and with integrity
- Excellent observation skills
- Attention to detail
- Excellent recall and retention of information
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality
- Ability to work under pressure dictated by event schedules and project timetables
- Ability to read, understand and interpret written and verbal instructions and reports
- Knowledge of CCTV and Access control systems
- Availability to work overtime if necessary
- Ability to cover vacation and other time off for all shifts
- Ability to work 5 8Hr Shifts
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
