Security Monitor

Security Monitor position responsible for supporting security services across locations, providing observational security, assisting Site Supervisors with planning, execution, and investigations, protecting assets, monitoring for internal/external theft, and maintaining security standards through collaboration with operations, environmental & safety, compliance, and HR. Key duties include monitoring security operations, handling incident reports and after-action recommendations, enforcing SOPs, managing visitor control and access, and contributing to risk mitigation and security posture across facilities. Requires 2+ years in security-related fields, strong communication and presentation skills, ability to build relationships, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail. 40 hrs/wk with after-hours availability and occasional weekends; salary commensurate with experience; comprehensive benefits offered.
