Job Summary
Answer and/or direct incoming telephone calls to appropriate personnel, type memorandums or routine letters of correspondence, and answer oral and written inquiries. Ensure visitors are properly signed in, badged, and assigned to an approved escort, while verifying visual identity for government personnel before entering secure space. Perform repetitive motions, walking, and standing as required. This role supports the Case Processing Operation Center (CPOC) within the Defense and Intel Operating Group at ASRC Federal in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent customer service skills
- Computer proficiency and working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Confidentiality
- Thorough attention to detail
- Effectively communicate with team members both verbal and written
- US Citizenship
- Must pass a government background investigation
- Work will be performed on-site in Iron Mountain, Boyers, PA
