Job Summary
Oversee on-site security operations for Trinity properties, supervising both plainclothes and uniform security personnel (armed and unarmed) assigned to multiple sites. Ensure staffing, post inspections, record-keeping, and coordination with the Security Command Center, NYPD, and contractors; develop and implement security procedures, emergency plans, and incident investigations; manage electronic security systems (access control, intrusion detection, video management, visitor management, badging); support life-safety training and drills, emergency responses, and special events; align activities with Trinity’s policies and core values; requires strong leadership, crisis-management, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
Required Qualifications
- BS/BA in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, Business, or equivalent
- 5+ years of experience in Law Enforcement, Corporate Security, Life-Safety or similar
- Advanced knowledge of security and life-safety standards and regulations
- Experience leading security operations and teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
