Job Summary
Security Manager for the Sales Market NL/BE/LUX leads a team across loss prevention, health & safety, asset protection and security risk management; oversees annual security processes including budgeting, KPI setting and market benchmarking; steers crisis and incident management, scenario planning and security programs; ensures loss-prevention strategies and security systems compliance; collaborates with Health & Safety, Operations, HR, Controlling, Legal, IT and Supply Chain; represents the market in global security discussions and supports risk, safety and brand protection decisions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience (3+ years) in retail security, loss prevention or physical security management
- Professional certifications preferred (e.g. CPP, PSP, CPO, HSE/NEBOSH/Safety Certification)
