Security Manager

Plan, direct, and supervise security and event staff while maintaining master schedules and coordinating interviews. Develop adherence to safety policies, update Emergency Operations Plans annually, and investigate incidents including harassment and misconduct. Provide proactive customer service, manage show and guest parking logistics, and conduct routine property walks to secure facilities. Liaise with internal operational groups and external agencies like police and fire services. Conduct shift briefings, provide periodic safety training, and participate in post-event feedback meetings. Work irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays to support live events at venues worldwide.
