Security Manager

Maintain ongoing oversight of the global aviation security regulatory landscape, identifying emerging requirements, risks, and opportunities while engaging with regulators and industry bodies to influence future developments. Translate complex regulatory changes into actionable guidance for operational teams and lead the delivery of security compliance across the global network, ensuring alignment with applicable frameworks and third-party providers. Develop security risk insights using data and intelligence to identify systemic threats, produce network-wide performance reporting, and support the escalation and resolution of significant security incidents. Lead and develop a team of two security specialists, setting clear priorities aligned with risk and regulatory requirements. This role offers a competitive salary and bonus, with a hybrid schedule of three days in the office and two from home.
