Security Manager

Job Summary
Oversee daily operations of hospital security, supervise security personnel, and lead fire/life-safety drills. Manage access control, CCTV systems, incident reporting, and investigations; coordinate with local law enforcement; ensure regulatory compliance and confidential handling of patient information. Provide coaching and performance appraisals, respond to emergencies, and maintain a professional liaison with physicians, staff, and vendors. Must be able to work in a high-stress hospital environment and lift up to 100 pounds if needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Two to five (2-5) years of experience in the field of law enforcement, security operations, or a related field is required.
- Experience in a health care setting is preferred.
