Security Manager, EMEA

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day physical security operations across EMEA offices and retail locations, managing vendor relationships for guard services and security integrators. Lead physical security aspects of office buildouts, relocations, and expansions by coordinating project timelines and operational readiness. Support badge access management, troubleshooting security technologies including CCTV and alarms, and conduct site walkthroughs during new site installations. Assist with internal investigations in partnership with HR, coordinate with law enforcement when necessary, and partner with senior leadership during emergency or crisis situations. Support security planning for events and retail activations while collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain security standards. This role requires travel across the UK and Europe to support offices and operational projects.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in corporate security, physical security operations, or a related field
- Strong understanding of physical security systems and technologies, including CCTV, access control, and alarm systems
- Experience managing vendors, guard contracts, and security-related projects
- Experience conducting or supporting workplace investigations
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically distributed region
- Experience supporting EMEA operations
- Law enforcement, military, or public-sector security experience
