Job Summary
The Security Manager will provide policy support and technical guidance for personnel security and compliance programs, including facilitating criminal history checks, developing databases for tracking staff, and submitting monthly performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Expertise in DoD/OPM suitability adjudication
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience with a degree
- Completion of FCC Course within the last 3 years
- Completion of OPM Fundamentals of Suitability course
Desired Qualifications
- Experience drafting, reviewing, and revising policies, SOPs, CONOPS, and implementation plans
- Strong database management and reporting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Familiarity with DoD childcare suitability or screening policies
Additional Requirements
- Must possess a security clearance (Secret)
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check and pre-employment drug testing
