Job Summary
Security Manager on the F-15 contract supporting the Air Force Division. Responsible for security management across information, personnel, industrial, physical, operational, and COMSEC security, including IP/CP, FPCON, and program protection. Tasks include supporting acquisition lifecycle documents (SOWs, SRDs, CONOPS, LCMPs/LCSPs, SCG, DD Form 254s), preparation and coordination of DD Form 254s, assisting with personnel security investigations, and providing security oversight across program phases. Requires DoD DoD security functions experience, ability to work with IPTs, and a strong background in DoD regulations, with a bachelor’s degree (and advanced degrees/certifications as noted) and significant experience (10+ years with senior-level expectations). Must be able to obtain and maintain required clearances and pass background checks. Must be capable of providing security guidance in support of F-15 Division programs and be adept at preparing program documentation, reports, and briefings, both technical and non-technical, classified and unclassified.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline
- Advanced degree (MA/MS) and 12 years of experience in the respective discipline, with 5 years in DoD
- BA/BS degree and 15 years of experience in the respective discipline, with 5 in DoD
- 20 years of directly related experience with proper certifications, 8 of which in DoD
- DSS Security Asset Protection Professional Certification (or) ASIS Certified Protection Professional
- Be able to provide security oversight for industrial security, system security, technology control and PPP
- Experience performing full-time DoD security functions
- Experience coordinating with IPTs and developing program protection input
- Background investigations and personnel security processing
