Job Summary
Coordinate business units and development teams to analyze, prioritize, and organize requirement specifications, data mapping, and flowcharts. Translate business visions into functional design specifications and create data models while preparing alignment meetings for solution designs. Manage Level 3 application support, vendor collaboration, and release planning alongside creating test scenarios for integration. Maintain system documentation, administrator profiles, and SLAs while programming in administrative languages to ensure secure, compliant IT operations.
Required Qualifications
- Business Requirements Analysis
- Minimum 3 year(s) of experience in Business Requirements Analysis
- 15 years full time education
- Academic degree of computer sciences or equivalent education/knowledge
- Knowledge regarding agile requirements engineering
- Profound expertise in system and/or business analysis of complex software systems or industries
- At least basic knowledge of logistics business
- Fluent command of English
- Ability to learn new areas and new skills quickly
- Good problem solving/analytical skills
- Ability to provide good customer service, be a good listener and work well with others
- Professional attitude and work habits
- Self-dependent work in your responsible functional area
- This position is based at our Chennai office
