Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience with troubleshooting and providing support in security, network, data centre, systems, or storage administration and monitoring services within a medium to large ICT organization.

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in IT/Computing or demonstrated equivalent work experience.
