Security Licensed Director

Oversee daily security operations, including scheduling, staffing, and ensuring officers complete required duties such as timesheets, logs, and incident documentation. Develop and implement site-specific policies, review reports for accuracy, and conduct routine inspections to enforce uniform and equipment standards. Manage client relationships by providing professional interaction, delivering security awareness programs, and serving as the primary liaison with law enforcement and emergency services. Train new officers, address employee relations, and administer coaching or disciplinary actions as necessary. Utilize security systems including CCTV and reporting technology while establishing an enterprise-wide vision through risk assessments. Requires flexible schedule with on-call availability; located in Myrtle Beach.
