Job Summary
As Security Level 3, you will be responsible for ID checks, screening patrons for weapons and illegal substances, reporting incidents, and monitoring the premises. You are expected to manage guest behavior, ensuring compliance with facility rules. Necessary skills include strong communication abilities, basic computer knowledge, and physical capabilities such as lifting and standing for extended periods. Previous security experience is required, along with ongoing training. Work hours typically span evenings to early mornings, Thursday through Sunday.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in the field of security
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be able to stand for up to 6 hours
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Desired Qualifications
- CPR/First Aid certified
- Continuing education/training in the field of security completed annually
Additional Requirements
- Failure to clock in and out may be grounds for discipline, up to and including termination.
