Job Summary
Supervise and coordinate all event security operations across the Coliseum, leading pre-event planning and security briefings with staff, vendors, and public safety partners. Oversee guest screening procedures and access control at all entry points while monitoring crowds to ensure proper flow during high-attendance events. Respond to incidents, altercations, or medical emergencies with professionalism, maintain detailed logs, and conduct routine inspections for safety hazards. Train, mentor, and schedule usher personnel, serving as a liaison between local Law Enforcement and Fire Department. Ensure compliance with Cowtown Coliseum, ASM Global/Legends policies, Texas state regulations, and public safety standards. Requires at least one year of supervisory experience, valid Texas security license, and CPR/First Aid certification.
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory or lead role
- Working knowledge of crowd control, access management, and emergency response protocols
- Strong leadership, decision-making, and conflict-resolution skills
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments with large crowds and livestock
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certification
- Valid Texas security license (Level II or III)
