Job Summary

Supervise daily activities of Security Officers, ensuring effective positioning and strict adherence to company policy. Act as the primary point of contact for security issues, providing immediate direction during shifts to de-escalate complex situations and maintain guest safety. Monitor access control, floor activity, and surveillance systems while coordinating emergency responses, including First Aid or CPR administration. Conduct on-the-job coaching for team compliance and write detailed incident reports. Ensure security equipment functionality and collaborate with Gaming, F&B, and Surveillance departments. Complete a one-month training period as a regular officer followed by a one-month supervisor training, plus Level 1 de-escalation training within two months. Maintain physical fitness for demanding tasks and work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in security operations
  • At least 1–2 years in a lead or supervisory capacity
  • Experience preferably in a casino or hospitality environment
  • Strong knowledge of security principles
  • Knowledge of emergency response planning
  • Knowledge of de-escalation techniques
  • Physical fitness to perform demanding physical tasks
  • Capability to stand for extended periods
  • Capability to patrol large areas
  • Capability to lift equipment
  • Capability to intervene in physical de-escalation or emergency situations
  • Valid Certificate in First Aid and CPR
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Ability to motivate and guide a diverse team
  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional communication skills in English
  • Demonstrated ability to remain calm, professional, and impartial under pressure
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • High level of literacy for professional report writing
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Adherence to high ethical standards
  • Maintenance of confidentiality at all times
  • Completion of a 1-month training period as regular officer
  • Successful completion of a 1-month training period as a supervisor
  • Successful completion of Level 1 de-escalation training within 2 months
