Job Summary
Install fire alarm systems, video surveillance, and access control equipment while navigating online service programs and coordinating tools to meet project deadlines. Maintain all supported systems, interpret shop drawings for implementation, and conduct daily inspections and service work. Coordinate daily installation activities with customers and manage on-call service rotations. Train fellow employees and qualify for security licenses and vendor certifications. Perform all duties at the direction of the Operations organization, including working in harmony with the technician team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 - 5 years' experience as a technician in the security integration industry
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
- OSHA 10 certification
