Job Summary
As a Commercial Security Installation Team Manager at Johnson Controls, you will oversee the assignment and coordination of resources for successful installations. Key responsibilities include developing to ensure targets are met, managing procurement of equipment, and preparing progress and expense reports. You will evaluate system performance, maintain technical knowledge of security standards, and develop a career path for technicians. Required Qualifications
- Three plus years of management/leadership experience
- Strong financial skill, ability to budget and forecast
- Strong relationship building skills and can work in a matrix team organization
- Five years experience in Access control, CCTV, DVM, and Surveillance systems
- Minimum 3-5 years of electrical and electronic equipment hands-on installation experience with demonstrated mechanical skill
Desired Qualifications
- Experience leading and building a technical team
- Bachelor of Science Degree or Associate degree or equivalent 2-year electronic trade school training
