Job Summary

Lead Expert role to own and evolve incident response capabilities across Telia Cygate's managed services. Drive structured, effective incident handling and strategic incident management across internal operations and customer-facing services. Develop processes in incident response, vulnerability management, and internal security incident handling, collaborating with SOC, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment and proactive communication. Contribute to continuous improvement, enhance detection capabilities, and drive service development across security offerings. Include on-call rotation as part of the responsibilities.

Required Qualifications

  • 10-15 years IT experience in enterprise IT
  • approximately 5 years in cybersecurity or ITIL/process-led environments
  • strong process-based leadership in incident response or ITIL
  • ability to translate technical situations to clear communication for stakeholders
  • excellent communication skills in Swedish (native/near-native) and English
