Job Summary
Security II Officer (Overnight) responsible for ensuring guest, employee, and asset safety at the resort. Greet guests, document visitors, and provide directions; serve as first responder to injuries or incidents, administer first aid, and coordinate emergency services as needed. Patrol the property to identify hazards, deter crime, and respond to safety issues; engage suspicious individuals while limiting liability and dispatch appropriate responses. Requires strong guest-focused demeanor, excellent communication, ability to work under pressure, and a valid driver’s license. Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred. Must be 18+, familiar with resort layout and emergency procedures, and able to meet motor vehicle policy standards.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license
- Two years of hotel or retail experience with high customer contact preferred
- Strong customer service background
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Initiative and drive to maintain resort and Security Services department standards
- Must meet company required motor vehicle policy standards
- Have a guest focused posture and attitude
- Strong knowledge of standard safety protocols
