Job Summary
Monitor live video feeds of accounts and track the Security USA vehicle fleet via GPS positioning. Respond to emergencies by providing directions, making notifications, and troubleshooting incidents for guards in the field. Provide training and problem-solving solutions to field personnel while reviewing electronic reports and patrol logs. Handle guard call outs and schedule replacements. Communicate through email and security applications to send reports and coordinate with city, state, and federal authorities. Work independently with little direct supervision during 24/7 shifts ranging from 6am-2pm through overnight periods.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent Computer Skills with experience in Microsoft Office, Word Excel and Power Point
- At least 2 years of verifiable Command Center security experience or supervisory related experience
- Professional demeanor and excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and communication skills
- Must be flexible with their working hours
- Must be open to working a mixture of all shifts listed above (Mornings - 6am-2pm, Afternoons - 2pm-11pm, Overnights - 11pm-830am, and Weekends)
- Must be able to multi-task
- Must have very good communication skills
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be a problem solver
