Job Summary
Provide guest services in the Vinyl Room, recognizing VIPs and Members to foster appreciation and patronage. Act as resource for Members regarding their experience, assist with reservations timing, and communicate effectively with team to enhance guest experience. Monitor Lounge area to uphold ambiance, maintain grooming standards, anticipate guests’ needs, and ensure guest safety by identifying hazards and removing them. Lead emergency evacuation procedures when needed, inspect guests for weapons or restricted items with metal detector or pat-down, enforce photo/video policies, and prevent theft or property damage. Maintain clear communication via radios/hand signals, assist with setup, and support a fast-paced, high-end venue environment. Must be able to lift/move up to 25 lbs and have high school diploma or equivalent; fluency in English; experience in hospitality or live events is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 3 years work experience interacting with people in a positive environment
- Read, write and speak English fluently
- Must be able to lift or move up to 25 lbs using proper lifting techniques
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of high-end restaurant operations, seating procedures, guest relations, problem solving
- Preferred: Bi-lingual
- Preferred: Experience in a live music environment
- Flexible schedule and ability to work late hours
