Job Summary
Monitor premises and conduct regular patrols to ensure safety and security. Control site access and manage visitors, contractors, and deliveries. Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies in a timely and professional manner. Provide general assistance and maintain a visible, approachable presence. Observe and report suspicious activity, hazards, and maintenance issues. Maintain accurate records, follow procedures, and liaise with relevant services when required.
Required Qualifications
- Certificate II (mandatory) or Certificate III in Security (desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate with CPR (mandatory)
- Working with Children’s Check (mandatory)
- Experience monitoring CCTV, alarms, and access control systems
