Job Summary
Security Guard role responsible for maintaining a safe environment for residents, staff, and guests during the 5pm–5am night shift on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday at The Marshes of Skidaway Island. Duties include verifying visitor credentials, inspecting fire safety equipment, performing light maintenance tasks, assisting residents with equipment, and supporting overall security operations. Requires a high school diploma or GED, Georgia driver’s license, strong customer-service orientation, and at least one year of security experience; healthcare-experience preferred. Required Qualifications
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Current Driver’s License issued in State of Georgia
- Moderate computer skills
- Customer service orientation
- At least one years’ experience in a similar, active security position
- Prefer candidate with experience working in a healthcare environment
- Able to work in outdoor environment in various weather conditions
- Drug Screen and clean Background Investigation
- CNA or EMS training a plus
