Security Guard Unarmed Vehicle Driver

Conduct routine vehicle patrols of commercial property buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and perimeter areas to deter unauthorized activity and identify security concerns. Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations following established reporting and escalation procedures while providing customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property staff. Monitor access points and observe activity throughout the location, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and policy violations to appropriate personnel. Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and patrol documentation in accordance with site requirements. Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents while delivering exceptional customer service and clear communication.
