Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter to identify unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters per site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors while verifying credentials and maintaining accurate logs. Monitor access points and visitor activity, communicating professionally with site personnel and leadership regarding observations. Work part-time shifts from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM Monday through Sunday at a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Honolulu, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
