Job Summary
Conduct routine unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, entrances, common areas, and perimeter to identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations. Respond to incidents, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating matters according to site procedures. Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors by verifying credentials, maintaining accurate logs, and communicating professionally with site personnel. Monitor access points and visitor activity while carrying out security-related procedures and emergency response activities as required. Work part-time shifts including days from 1:30 PM to 9:30 PM and Sundays from 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM at a technology, media, and telecommunications location in Honolulu, HI.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- A valid driver's license
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen
Desired Qualifications
- A state, county, or city-issued security license is preferred
