Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Driver

Conduct routine patrols of building interiors, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter zones to identify and report unusual conditions. Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify authorization per site procedures, and respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations with problem-solving. Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, vendors, and staff while documenting observations and completing incident reports. Maintain a professional presence when communicating with property management and emergency responders. Requires a valid driver's license and CPR certification; background investigation and drug screen are mandatory conditions of employment.
