Job Summary
Conduct foot patrols of a large outdoor retail location while carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and provide customer service to clients across industries including commercial real estate, healthcare, education, and government. Maintain regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter, adhering to all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding background investigations and drug screens. Work flexible hours between 10am and 6pm as part of a team contributing to a culture that positively impacts the communities served.
Required Qualifications
- minimum of 1 year security experience
- Security Officer Class D license from the State of Florida
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- 5 years of verifiable experience
- subject to a background investigation
- subject to a drug screen
- valid driver's license
