Job Summary
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following site-specific security procedures, access-control policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location. Monitor and control facility access by verifying credentials, maintaining entry records, and directing authorized personnel. Respond to access-control alarms and incidents in a calm, problem-solving manner while conducting regular patrols of designated areas, entry points, and the perimeter to identify unusual conditions. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident reports while communicating professionally with site personnel, visitors, contractors, and supervision. Daytime shift from 11:00 PM to 07:00 AM, Monday through Saturday. Requires a valid driver's license and a TSA-issued TWIC credential.
Required Qualifications
- A valid driver's license
- TSA-issued TWIC
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Subject to a background investigation
- Subject to a drug screen
