Job Summary
Security Guard responsible for leading on-site safety, security operations, and crowd control at The Melt restaurant locations. Partners with General Manager to coach and direct Crew Members on safety and security practices, ensures guest experiences align with brand standards, oversees cash handling and shift procedures, and maintains compliance with health, safety, and sanitation guidelines. Requires prior restaurant management experience, strong interpersonal and leadership skills, ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and availability for 40-50 hours/week, including weekends. The role emphasizes team leadership, guest service excellence, incident resolution, and upholding company values of being the best, inclusive, and good for all.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 to apply
- 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience within The Fast Casual, QSR or Mid-Scale Casual Dining segment
- Must have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to learn quickly and the leadership skills to build and be part of a team
- Must be able to work under pressure and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Must have at least 1-2 years of Restaurant Management experience within The Fast Casual, QSR or Mid-Scale Casual Dining segment
- Must develop and maintain effective working relationships
- Must be happy and positive with a collaborative leadership style
