Job Summary
Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors at a telecommunications location by carrying out security procedures, site policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and alarms following established reporting procedures, while conducting regular unarmed patrols of buildings, offices, parking areas, and perimeters to identify unusual activity or policy violations. Monitor access points and visitor activity to verify authorization, preparing accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift documentation for leadership. This part-time role offers fixed-anchor shifts with a six-month commitment and an option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform to increase earnings. A high school diploma, age 18+, and a valid driver's license are required.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
- A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only
