Job Summary
Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner. Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter. Maintain an Active California Security Guard Card License and proficiency with technology. Use a personal vehicle for site access with mileage reimbursement provided. Shift windows include Day (4:00 AM - 8:00 PM) and Swing (4:00 PM - 8:00 AM), with Saturday availability. Pay is $25.00 per hour. This role serves clients in Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, and Government sectors across Cupertino, CA.
Required Qualifications
- Must be comfortable with potential schedule changes
- Active California Security Guard Card License (required)
- Proficient with technology
- Valid Driver's License (minimum 1 year, clean record)
- Must use a personal vehicle for this position (mileage reimbursement provided)
- Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws
- Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law
