Job Summary
Control site access, screen visitors, monitor surveillance, and handle administrative duties in accordance with operational requirements at the Discovery Borden Mine. Perform duties involving sitting, standing, and walking in outdoor conditions. Work a rotating schedule of 7 days on, 7 days off, or 14 days on, 14 days off during days or nights. A valid Ontario Security Guard License and First Aid Certificate are required, along with legal entitlement to work in Canada. Accommodation is provided during rotations, and a daily meal allowance applies. Travel to and from the site using your own vehicle is required.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid First Aid Certificate
- Legally entitled to work in Canada
- At least 18 years old at the time of applying
- Must be able to travel to and from the site using your own vehicle
