Job Summary
Ensure access control policies are followed and secure client property while monitoring CCTV cameras. Conduct regular interior and exterior foot patrols, respond to alarms and calls for assistance, and provide support to employees, clients, and visitors. Complete site reporting requirements, daily logs, and written reports while maintaining professional relationships with all stakeholders. Maintain high standards of personal appearance and effective communication throughout the shift. This spare role in Newmarket requires a valid Ontario Security Guard License, WSIB accredited First Aid and CPR certificate, and Level II (Secret) clearance eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Ontario Security Guard License
- Valid WSIB accredited First Aid and CPR certificate
- Have the ability to obtain Level II (Secret) clearance (resident in Canada 10 years or longer, clean criminal record, clean credit history)
- The ability to work alone while maintaining a high level of service to the client
- High attention to detail
