Job Summary
Patrol buildings and grounds while monitoring building systems and responding to security incidents. Assist elderly residents as necessary and report repair needs to on-call maintenance staff. Perform security officer duties on a regular basis within a reasonable scope of practice, acting professionally to uphold the organization's mission. Carry out delegated duties under the supervision of the Maintenance Director or Administrator. Work a rotating shift schedule.
Required Qualifications
