Job Summary
Conduct security screenings of guests, employees, and vendors by checking bags, scanning ID badges, and controlling park access through metal detectors. Patrol assigned resort areas to inspect for safety hazards, enforce policies, and remove unauthorized personnel from restricted zones. Rapidly respond to active alarms, first aid situations, and ride queue line disruptions while escorting guests and team members as needed. Write detailed incident logs and damage reports. Work Thursday through Sunday, including nights, weekends, and holidays, from September through November, with a minimum of 12 shifts required between September 12 and October 31.
Required Qualifications
- Availability to work Thursday-Sunday ,including nights, weekends and holidays, from September through November
- Must be able to work a minimum of 12 shifts from Sept 12-October 31st, and be able to work until past park closing
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to lift and/or carry moderately heavy loads
- Physical qualifications to stand, walk, stoop, bend, and reach throughout your shift
- Above average verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to read and understand English
- Able to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Law Enforcement, Public Safety, or Security related experience is preferred
