Job Summary
Conduct static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and high-value areas to ensure access points are secured and property is protected. Write detailed shift reports using company technology and web-based software. Interact with internal and external customers to cultivate service relationships while deescalating issues through professional communication. Manage assigned equipment including radios, keys, and vehicles, and communicate with supervisors via daily scrums to relay client needs and post order changes. Arrive on time for shifts, adhere to dress codes, and follow site-specific instructions and post orders. Complete required training modules within the first month and maintain a background check and drug test clearance.
Required Qualifications
- must be willing to obtain security license upon hire
- 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or GED
- Pass background check and drug test
- Must have reliable transportation
- Complete training modules within first month
- Excellent organization, oral, and written communication skills
- Demonstrate a commitment to service, organization values and professionalism through appropriate conduct and demeanor at all times
- Must be able to move equipment weighing up to 20 pounds
