Job Summary
Security Guard position performing static security services for courtyards, offices, pools, and other high value areas to protect property and residents with attentiveness to safety. Responsibilities include writing detailed reports using company technology and post orders, ensuring timely arrival and adherence to dress code, maintaining professional customer service relationships on site, deescalating issues, communicating with supervisors about client needs and post order changes, and overseeing equipment such as radios and access cards. Requires 18+ years old, HS diploma/GED, background and drug test, reliable transportation, and completion of training within the first month.
